When I asked my co-workers for a recommended realtor, several mentioned Jack Torres. After working with Jack for several real estate transactions, I'd happily pass on the recommendation. If you need a realtor with good communication skills, a depth of knowledge of the area and a good sense of the market value, go with Jack!

Jack Torres cannot be beat when it comes to professionalism, honesty, and going above and beyond to complete the sale of your home. I was living in another state when I listed my home and guest house for sale during the pandemic. The home had an offer for 50k above asking price in two days and the following inspection brought devastating news. The inspector found a meth pipe on the property and after subsequent testing the results were .5 over the limit and remediation had to be performed. I cannot emphasize how hard Jack worked throughout this process securing outside contractors and keeping me focused on the eventual sale. He kept in constant contact with me and his response time was exceptional. This man advocated for me during some very complex issues and offers and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. I've owned 11 homes in my lifetime and have never had a realtor of this caliber.

It has been my pleasure to have Jack Torres as my realtor for a total of 3 real estate transactions. He helped me buy my first home in Colorado in 2013. He helped me sell that home 3 years later. And then helped me find my current home. All 3 of these transactions went well. Jack's knowledge of the local market and knowledge of real estate in general allowed me to know and understand what to expect and left no last minute surprises.
